1. App Store licence

Cert IT Trainer is distributed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement for the app's educational content and support services.

2. Educational purpose

Cert IT Trainer provides original practice questions, explanations, flashcards, and study tools for concept reinforcement. It is not an official certification course, testing provider, or substitute for current official exam objectives and vendor documentation.

3. Original practice material

The question bank is independently authored from publicly available objectives and general technical knowledge. It is not derived from, reconstructed from, or represented as actual confidential exam content. Do not use the app to violate an examination agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or vendor policy.

4. Certification names and trademarks

Certification names, exam codes, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are referenced only to identify the subject matter users may choose to study. No affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement is claimed.

5. No guarantee

Use of Cert IT Trainer does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, obtain a certification, receive a particular score, or achieve an employment outcome. Technology, exam objectives, and vendor policies change. Always confirm current information with the official certification provider.

6. Content accuracy

We work to improve the accuracy and usefulness of the material, but the app is provided without a warranty that every question, explanation, resource link, or exam reference is complete, current, or error-free. You can report a suspected issue from within the app or by contacting support.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal study. You may not reproduce, bulk extract, republish, sell, or redistribute the app's question bank or explanations except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and changes

Features, certification coverage, question counts, and resource links may change as the app is updated. We may correct, replace, add, or remove content to maintain the product.
